At Catford Couriers we provide a much higher level of compensation cover for your valuable or irreplaceable items to more destinations than you’ll get from any individual carrier.

If you’re sending high-value, bespoke or irreplaceable items, you won’t want to leave anything to chance. Our Extra Insurance Cover service is designed to give you the peace of mind and flexibility you need should the unthinkable happen – damage or loss of your package during transit. With Enhanced Cover, we will compensate you for the inconvenience of repair or replacement.

Extra Insurance cover is based on the declared value of your shipment, and is only applicable if we pack your goods (additional packing fees may apply). The estimated value of the goods is based on their repair or replacement cost, and will reflect depreciation of value, age and wear and tear. Extra Insurance cover is available up to a maximum of £25,000 per consignment. If your consignment has a value of more than this, we will be happy to discuss options for cover with you.
